Zellenberg – Domaine EBLIN FUCHS
Resulting from the alliance of two families of winegrowers in 1956, the vineyard has been biodynamic since the 2000s, this work continues in the same spirit in the cellar.
Exclusively manual harvesting, pressing of whole grapes, fermentation by indigenous yeasts in oak barrels and a few months of rest on fine lees, ensure a production of natural stability and high quality.
